Carolina Cuttin' Company Business Policy

Unless otherwise stated, the following applies to all Carolina Cuttin’ Company (hereafter CCC) customers.

1. Qualifications For A $25 First Cut: If you have been offered a $25 first cut, these qualifications apply. The yard must be under 5,000 square feet. If your yard is over 5,000 square feet, other negotiations may ensue. If your yard is particularly overgrown, an overgrowth fee may apply.
2. Backyard Access: CCC must have access to your backyard if you want your backyard cut. If you own any dogs, they must be caged or locked inside a building.
3. Payment Term: Payments will be due in direct correspondence with the specified service period and payment frequency. Payments will be due within fifteen days of work completed and/or period turnover unless otherwise agreed upon. A late fee of two percent (2%) per month or $5.00 per month, whichever is greater, may be applied to any past-due balance owed. All prices are subject to change with 30 day’s written notice.
4. Credit Card Payment: If you wish to pay by credit card, a $3 convenience fee will apply.
5. Peripheral Services: Any services not specifically agreed upon by the customer and a CCC representative may be purchased on an individual basis. These additional services will be priced at or after the time they are requested.
6. Permanent Cancelation: Two days’ notice is required to permanently cancel any scheduled services with CCC.
7. Overgrowth Fee: If your yard is so overgrown so as to create significantly extra work to maintain, an overgrowth fee of 35% may apply. This fee does not apply if CCC is responsible for the overgrowth in question.
8. Off-Route Fee: If you need your yard cut at a time that is very specific and/or is incompatible with CCC schedule, a $10 off-route fee may apply.
